I recently graduated from Swarthmore and I’m heading off to Benin to teach English as a Peace Corps Volunteer for the next two years. I’ve already slowed a bit on blogging in the last year, and it will likely be even less frequent the next two years. If you need to contact me, email me at thirschelburns@gmail.com.

On a related note, while I’ve been publishing less on this blog recently, here are some of the things I’ve published elsewhere:

“Lucha Continua: The Youth Movement Striking Fear into Congo’s Elite”: http://africanarguments.org/2017/05/31/lucha-continua-the-youth-movement-striking-fear-into-congos-elite/?utm_content=buffer7d341&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer

“Atrocity Prevention in the American Political Landscape”: https://humanrightsjournaluchicago.files.wordpress.com/2017/02/11_pdfsam_ucjhr-final-print.pdf
